5、titutedbyelementCo.TheMg2Ni-typeMg2Ni1?xCox(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)alloyswerepreparedbymelt-spinningtechnology.Thespunribbonswithacontinuouslength,athicknessofabout30μmandawidthofabout25mmwereobtained.ThemicrostructuresofthespunalloyribbonswereanalyzedbyXRD,SEMandHRTEM.Thethermal
6、stabilityoftheas-spunalloyswasinvestigatedbyDSC.Theelectrochemicalhydrogenstorageperformancesofthespunalloyribbonsweretestedbyanautomaticgalvanostaticsystem.TheinfluencesofsubstitutingNiwithCoonthestructureandelectrochemicalhydrogenstoragecharacteristicsofmeltspunMg2Ni-typeall
7、oywereinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatnoamorphousphaseisdetectedintheas-spunCo-freealloy,buttheas-spunalloyscontainingCodisplayanevidentpercentofamorphousphase,suggestingthatthesubstitutionofCoforNisignificantlyheightenstheglassformingabilityoftheMg2Ni-typealloy.Thesubstitution
