1、海上保险单 －海上保险合同主要体现形式海上保险单是海上保险合同的法定形式和主要的书面凭证，是被保险人凭以向保险人请求赔偿的最重要的单证。《1906年海上保险法》：不管是按照哪一种法律的条文规定，海上保险合同均不能作为诉讼的证据，除非该合同是根据本法所规定的海上保险单形式来体现的。保险单可以在海上保险合同成立时或成立以后签发。国际上通常采用书面形式的办法。海上保险单的分类按保险期限划分：航次保险单、定期保险单、混合保险单、预约保险单按保险价值划分：定值保险单、不定值保险单S.G.保险单S.G.保单是劳爱德S.G.标准保单
