2、类别为II类场地。设计地震加速度0.1g,设计地震分组为第一组,基本风压0.30KN/M2,基本雪压0.1KN/M2。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。建筑主体高度34.2m,层高均为3.3m,顶部电梯机房高4.5m。建筑设计充分考虑了消防安全和舒适的要求,设单元设一部电梯和一部楼梯;楼板及屋面现浇,室内地面为松木地板,屋面防水层为SBS改性沥青防水卷材,并设有保温层和隔气层。内墙采用250厚水泥空心砖砌筑,石灰粗砂粉刷;外墙采用400mm厚水泥空心砖
