3、ailwayInternetTicketing,ticketingmethodsanduse,thescopeofuse,railwaye-ticketforrailwaye-ticketbusinesswith"12306.cnwebsite"andthestationannouncement.TheThirdRailwayelectronicticketisakindofrailwaypassengertransportationcontractwhichisexpressedintheformofelectronicdata,
4、andhasthesamelegaleffectasthepaperticket.Fourthin12306sites,ticketspurchasetoconfirmthesuccessofthetransactiontimeastherailwaypassengertransportcontractshallrefundtothewebsitetime,confirmthetransactiontimeastherailwaypassengertransportcontractterminationtime,changeproc
5、essinginaccordancewiththepurchase,refund.Thefifthpassengerorticketholdershallkeeptheinformationoftheelectronicpassengerticketoftherailwayandthevalididentificationdocumentusedfortheticket.ThesecondchapterissellingticketsSixth,inthe12306sitetobuyrailwaye-ticket,registrat
