1、建设工程施工招标中的评标方法研究摘要工程建设项目施工评标工作是一项复杂的系统工程，是决定招标工作成败的关键。由于我国在这方面起步较晚，评标方法的研究滞后，在招标的工作中难以做出科学的决策，因此对项目评标方法进行深入分析，建立具有科学、实用和可操作性的评标模型具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。论文的主要研究内容如下:本文依据我国招标投标法和评标有关法规，概述了评标的定义、评标原则和评标程序，深入分析了评标时应注意的问题，阐述了制定评标办法应遵循的原则和评标决策方法的理论基础；对我国工程建设项目招标的传统评标方法综合评议法、经评审最低价法进行了阐述，并分析了各种

2、方法的特点、适用范围以及优缺点，并对照国外做法对我过现行的评标方法提出几点改进建议；概述了我国评标指标体系建立的原则、体系的识别过程以及评标体系的量化。并通过对比07版标准招标文件说明其是如何判断价格是否合理；通过案例分析进一步的说明评标方法的重要性。关键词：招投标评标评标方法评标标准评标指标体系ResearchontheBid-evaluatingMethodofConstructionprojectAbstractProjectevaluationworkisacomplicatedsystematicproject,decidedtotenderw
