2、,withtherapiddevelopmentofcomputertechnology,thestatusofcomputersoftwareinthewholesocialsystembecomemoreandmoreimportantinthedevelopmentofcomputersoftware,andthesizeandcomplexitywiththeincreaseofdemandandtheimportanceofrapidrise.Inthepast20years,thein
3、itialunderstandingofsoftwaretestingis"right"proofprocedure,andaseriesofsoftwaretestingtheoryandmethodhasbeenproposedbyIEEEin1983putforwardthedefinitionofsoftwaretesting,recognitionnamely:"inordertotestanapplicationsystemmeettheprovisionsofneeds,andund
4、erstandthedifferencebetweentheexpectedresultsandactualresults,andtheuseofmanualand/orautomaticmeanstorunandtesttheprocess".Accordingtothisdefinition,thepurposeofsoftwaretestingistomonitorandremovedefects,toensurethatsoftwareproductsmeetthesoftwarerequ
5、irementsintermsofavailability,functionality,operabilityandsoon.Fromthe90yearsofthelastcentury,theindustrybegantorealizethepassivemonitoringandtofinderrorsforsoftwaretestingpurposescannotavoidthehugeriskdefectsofsoftwarerequirementsanddesignbroughtabou
6、tduetothesoftwaredevelopmentprocess,sothatthewholeindustryfromthebeginningofsoftwarequalitycontrol(SQC,SoftwareQualityControl)tostarttransfertosoftwarequalityassurance(SQASoftware,QualityAssurance),makingthesoftwaretestcoveragefromdefectdetectionandsi
7、mplediscoverytothewholeprocessofsoftwaredevelopment,andsoftwareprocessandsoftwaretestingtechnologyhasbecomeaindependentresearchdirection.Wehavelearnedthatatypicalsoftwareprocesscanbedividedintotestrequirementsanalysis,testdesign,testexecution,defectan
