1、黑龙江八一农垦大学毕业论文摘要在中国，尤其是黑龙江地区随着社会经济跟大环境的改变。农场作为一个特殊的以一业为主、多种经营的企业单位，要针对国内外的经济发展形势与全球的环境变化，在资源危机、环境恶化的前提下，以实现农业可持续发展、增加职工收入为重点，制定出环境、资源和经济相互促进、协调发展的发展方案。而这一过程中机械化程度的加强是必须要实施的。实现农业完全机械化可以保持农业生产率的增长，提高作业效率、增加职工收入、保护与改善农业生态环境。本论文主要集合了国内外在农场新形势下的发展和遇到的问题，通过对中储粮北方
