1、哈尔滨粮库锅炉设计计算说明书摘要哈尔滨粮库锅炉房位于哈尔滨市，该锅炉房是为了满足哈尔滨粮库的工业生产用汽和厂内员工住宅的采暖、生活、通风的用汽所建的工业锅炉房。本工程属哈尔滨粮库独资建设项目。本设计的内容主要包括锅炉的选型、锅炉给水水处理系统、锅炉送引风系统、运煤除渣系统的设计。本工程选用了2台重庆锅炉总厂生产的SHL10-1.27/350-AⅢ型蒸汽锅炉，燃用哈尔滨烟煤。锅炉给水水处理系统采用固定床逆流再生单级钠离子交换器做软化处理。除氧方式为热力除氧，故选择喷雾式全补水热力除氧器。锅炉送引风系统采用鼓风机和送风机配合使用，鼓风机用
2、于克服风道与燃烧设备的阻力，引风机用于克服锅炉本体烟道、烟囱及除尘器的阻力。在烟气处理过程中，为符合烟气排放标准，故采用STC-3系列除尘器对烟气进行脱硫除尘。在运煤除渣系统中，因耗煤量较大，所以采用机械化运煤方式，故选用Z型埋刮板输送机，同时配备RCD型磁选装置、锤式反冲击破碎机等设备。由于本锅炉系统为双锅筒横置式链条炉排，锅炉要求连续除渣，故采用了重链式除渣机，灰渣由汽车直接运走，不需设置灰渣场。本锅炉房分三层布置。一层布置泵房、水处理间、配电室及门卫；二层布置控制室、更衣室、沐浴室及办公室；三层布置除氧间。引送风机、除尘器布置在

6、orceddraughtblowercooperatewitheachother.Theair-blowerwasusedtoovercomeresistanceofwindandburningequipment;oftheboileritself,whichcontainsflues,chimneys,andduster.Intheprocessofthefluegastreatment,weadopttheHNPSCseriousofinternalandexternalspraychiseledashlars’waterfilm
