6、铁道行业标准TB/I'2311-1992《铁路信号设备雷电防护用组合单元技术条件》,已不能适应铁路信号设备电子化和微电子化发展的需要。本标准参考了IEC(国际电工委员会)标准IEC61643-11998《低压供电系统浪涌保护器第一部分:性能及试验方法》(Surgeprotec-tivedevicesconnectedtolow-voltagepowerdistributionsystems-Partl:Performancerequirementsandtest-ingmethods),IEEE(国际电气与电子工程师协会)STB/IC62.36-1994《数据、

7、通信、信号电路用浪涌保安器的试验方法》(StandardTestMethodsforSurgeProtectorsUsedinLow-VoltageDate,Communica-tions,andSignalingCircuits),ITU-T(国际电信联盟一通信)K.361998《防护装置的选择)(Selectionofprotectivedevices)等国外有关电子设备防雷保安器的标准,并根据我国铁路目前电子设备大量增加和仍有部分电气设备的实际情况制定。制定本标准时,采用了国际国内对电子设备用防雷装置的通用名称:“防雷保安器,"(Lightningprot
