1、葛根醇提物对肥胖型2型糖尿病大血管损伤大鼠血清sVCAM葛根醇提物对肥胖型2型糖尿病大血管损伤大鼠血清sVCAM作者：邓路娟闫铭庞宗然李晓军【摘要】目的通过观察葛根醇提物对肥胖型2型糖尿病（t2dm）大血管损伤大鼠血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子（svcam-1）、血浆肿瘤坏死因子（tnf-α）含量变化的影响，探讨其对t2dm大血管损伤保护作用的部分机制。方法雄性wistar大鼠30只，每日用自制的脂肪乳1ml/100g灌胃，3周后挑选总胆固醇（tc）、甘油三酯(tg)、低密度脂蛋白（ldl）增高，胰岛素敏感指数下降的肥胖大鼠，空腹6h，尾静脉快速注射链脲佐菌素(stz)30mg/

2、kg，1周后血糖值高于16.7mmol/l的大鼠作为t2dm模型，于成模后3周及6周观察胸主动脉弓的病理改变，证实t2dm大血管损伤模型复制成功。成模大鼠随机分为葛根醇提物组、盐酸二甲双胍组和模型组3组，每组各10只。另取8只正常大鼠为对照组。各组分别给予葛根醇提物0.9g/kg；盐酸二甲双胍0.09g/kg及等剂量自来水，治疗4周后处死各组动物，取血清、血浆分别测定svcam-1、tnf-α的含量。结果模型组大鼠血清svcam-1、血浆tnf-α较正常对照组上调，葛根醇提物组及盐酸二甲双胍组大鼠血清svcam-1、血浆tnf-α的含量均显著降低（p0.05）。WWw..Co
