1、理工大学学士学位论文摘要射频识别技术是最近几年发展起来的一项新技术,利用射频信号通过空间耦合实现无接触信息传递,达到识别目的的技术,现己涉及到人们生活的方方面面,有着广阔的应用前景。经过九十年代的快速发展,目前,国内的射频卡制卡技术及其相应的读写设备内核技术,仍处于落后状态,这极大地制约了我国射频识别技术的发展。因此,对射频卡及其读写设备内核技术的研究是一件十分有意义的事情。本文给出了一套射频卡读写设备的详细设计方案。设计内容包括硬件和软件两大部分,硬件具体的设计内容包括:低功耗射频读卡器供电电路设计、射频读写核心模块
