1、毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)高炉冷却水温度测量系统设计摘要高炉冷却水进出水温度的变化,间接反映出炉内的物料和冶炼状况,高炉冷却水温差过大反映了炉壁温度过高,严重影响高炉的寿命,但温差过小则能源损失太大,增加冶炼成本。通过在线实时监测水温差的变化,可监测到高炉冷却壁的使用状态,及时对冷却壁进行维护,可提高高炉的使用寿命、减少高炉事故的发生,降低能耗,提高产量。因此,高炉冷却水温差的测量是高炉冶炼的重要操作之一。本设计是基于单片机的温度测量系统,系统具有高精度、功能强、经济性好的特点,无论在提高产品质量还是产品数量,节约能源,还是改善劳动条件等方面都显示出它的优越性。本设计以单片机为核心,硬件电路
