1、基于pro/e五轴数控铣削加工编程与Vericut仿真验证摘要五轴联动数控加工技术以其特有的优越性在复杂、高精度零件加工方面起着越来越重要的作用。五轴加工优越性的充分发挥离不开高质量的五轴加工编程和有针对性的后置处理程序。由于刀具与工件相对运动的复杂性,五轴加工编程的复杂程度远远超过三轴加工的编程。同时,五轴加工后置处理,由于开发难度大和技术保密等原因,也成为五轴加工设备充分发挥效率的制约因素。针对上述两个方面的问题,本文作了相应的研究。首先,五轴联动加工中心进行了数控铣削后置处理开发,通过基于Pro/e软件的辅助模块进行了后置处理程序的开发。本文的研究对于如何
