1、多路温度监测系统研究 摘要 本课题设计了一个多测量点、宽量程的智能温度测量应用系统。该系统运用了性能价格比较好的K型热电偶作为温度传感器,信号调理电路采用多路开关CD4051和AD595芯片为核心,为提高测量的分辨率,模拟、数字信号的转换采用8位分辨率、7位精度的8位的A/D转换器ADC0809,仪器的CPU芯片采用目前最大众的、低价位的但技术成熟的8031,仪器的键盘/显示器采用8155扩展8031的I/O接口连接,接口电路简单、适用。为了提高系统的硬件成本,能对8路的温度差分信号进行切换,所以我们采用的8位的A/D转换器ADC0809,它是内部带8路模拟
2、转换开关的转换器,并可以进行模数转换,节省了硬件的资源。为了提高系统的抗干扰性能,温度的检测采用了硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰的方法,硬件采用了看门狗电路抗干扰,软件采用了指令冗余技术,它们使系统的性 能得到了改善。在设计中,对产生误差的因素也进行了一些理论上的分析,证明这种设计方案是可行的。由本课题构成的多路温度监测系统结构简单、价格便宜、量程宽、有较高的可靠性、安全性及实用性。 关键词:温度传感器单片机热电偶 Abstract Thispaperhasdesignedanintelligenttempera
