1、数控钻床www.hbhzcnc.com机械设备数控多工位钻床设计毕业论文【摘要】本文主要针对形状相对复杂的工件的孔加工工件,现在一般都采用钻床加工,但随着科技的发展和对制造精度有了更高的要求,因此数控技术成为了主流。而数控多工位钻床就是提高钻削加工精度和效率的一种很好的机加工工具,在满足制造精度的前提下,更是节约了人力、时间的成本。在一般情况下,数控钻床就满足需求,而基于采用西门子数控系统,能完成连续精确的高速钻孔。相对于传统的数控钻床,该方案能适合较大直径的深孔加工,且还满足加工速度、高精度、高生产效率的要求;运动方式而采用点位控制系统,先以较快速度移动到终点附近位
