1、摘要摘　要双周边传动自吸式吸泥机，是城市水厂、城镇污水处理厂常用的沉淀池吸泥设备。采用中间进水和排泥，周边排水，保证水流均匀。利用液位差自吸式排泥，有浮渣刮集排除装置和过载保护装置。其主要由驱动机构、主梁、中心旋转支座、导流筒、刮泥系统、排渣斗及冲洗机构、铰接式刮渣耙、撇渣板、撇渣斗、浮渣挡板、控制箱等部件组成。污水从池中心的进水管经导流筒扩散后，均匀地向周边呈辐射状流出，呈悬浮状的污泥经沉淀后沉积于池底，上清液通过溢流堰板由出水槽排出池外，污泥刮板由池周刮向中心集泥槽，依靠池内水压通过排泥管排出池外。主梁在周边驱动装置的带动下，以中心旋转
