5、ecoatingwork1、防腐做法Coatinglayersconsistoftwofiberglassfabricsandfouranticorrosivecoatinglayers.Whenbrushing,firststageisbrushingonelayerprimingcoatingonthesurfaceofprotectionarea,brushonelayerfinishingcoating,afterprimingcoatingdryout,thenentwineonelayerfiber

6、glassfabricthatbeimpregnatedbyfinishingcoating.Fiberglassfabricmustbetightenedanditssurfaceshallbeflatwithoutcreaseandsalience.Whenentwiningthefiberglassfabric,alongtheaxialdirectionofpipe,thelapwidthshallbe20~25cm.Inadditionlaplengthbetweentwopiecesfabricss

7、hallbe100~150mm.Atabovestage,itmustensurethatfinishingcoatingfillinginallmeshoffabricanddoesn’tdroopfromthefabric.Afterfiberglassfabricdryout,thenentwinethesecondaryfiberglassfabricwiththesamewayasthefirstfiberglassfabriclayer.Atlast,itmustbrushtwolayersfini

8、shingcoatingonthefinalsurface.Whenthesetwolayerscoatingbrushing,thelastlayercoatingmustbrushafterthepreviouslayercoatingdryout.本工程防腐为二布四油施工工艺，即先刷底漆一道后再刷一道面漆，表干后随即用浸满面漆的玻璃布缠绕，玻璃布要拉紧，表面平整无皱折和鼓包，压边
