1、政银保合作信用贷款三方合作框架协议篇一：银保合作协议书合作协议书合作协议书甲方：乙方：为切实支持中小企业发展，缓解中小企业和个体工商户贷款难、担保难问题，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国担保法》等法律法规，甲乙双方本着诚实守信、互惠互利的原则，经友好协商，特签订本协议。第一条乙方一般为企业和个体工商户等借款人提供有偿担保服务。在本合作期限内，乙方为借款人在甲方所辖支行、营业部等分支机构内的借款提供担保时，适用本协议。G4r1On;V-K第二条乙方注册资金万元，在本合作期内（含本合作期前已发生但未清偿的担保余额），乙方对外担保总余额不得超过其注册资金的倍，其中在甲方所辖
