1、本科毕业设计(论文)催化裂化汽提塔结构设计TheDesignofFCCStripperStructure学院:机械工程学院专业班级:过程装备与控制工程学生姓名:学号:指导教师:徐舒(副教授)2013年6月毕业设计(论文)中文摘要催化裂化汽提塔结构设计摘要:催化裂化汽提塔是化工设备生产中非常重要的装置之一。主要用于炼油工业中。塔分为板式塔和填料塔。板式塔又分为浮阀塔、泡罩塔等等。汽提塔就是浮阀塔,而浮阀塔也是应用比较广泛的板式塔。在气提段可将待生催化剂上的可挥发烃去除,以便可获得较多的轻质油,这样的话,焦炭的产量也会降低。因为
2、现在资源越来越紧缺,用于催化裂化的原料的质量越来越低。那么这经对催化裂化汽提塔的结构设计和工艺要求越来越高。这将会降低资源的消耗,而且也保护了环境,避免受到污染。本文是对汽提塔的结构设计进行了理论计算,确立了本塔的结构要求,并对其中的一系列问题进行分析,得到了结果。本塔分别对裙座、筒体等等进行设计和校核,并对接管进行了补强设计。关键词:催化裂化;汽提塔;结构设计和工业要求毕业设计(论文)外文摘要FCCstripperstructuredesignAbstract:.FCCstripperisoneofveryimportan
