2、utin,baicalin,quercetinandgenisteininratplasmaandtissuesafteroraladministrationofJiangYaBiFeng(JYBF)tabletswasdeveloped.Theinvestigatedanalytesinplasmaandtissueswereextractedandpurifiedwithliquid-liquidextractionandsolidphaseextraction(SPE).ChromatographicseparationwasaccomplishedonaDIONEXAccl
3、aimC18column(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μmparticlesize)withasimplelineargradientelution.ThecalibrationcurvesforalltheflavoneshadgoodlinearityinthemeasuredrangewithR2higherthan0.9983.Therelativeerrors(REs)oftheintra–andinter–dayaccuracyatdifferentflavoneslevelswerealllessthan±10%.Theproposedmethodenablesun
