1、08清单计价模式下竣工结算相关问题研究--以业主方工程造价控制为研究视角摘要随着我国经济的快速发展、建设项目投资的日益增多，在工程价款结算中，竣工结算所出现的问题日益严重。当今市场下如何行之有效审查竣工结算，这个问题越来越受到人们的重视。2008版《清单计价规范》的颁布实施，体现了工程量清单计价全过程造价管理的要求。一．本文以08版本清单规范为主体，以竣工结算的审查为目的通过对比分析法律法规并抓住竣工结算关键问题，对其进行深化解决为论文的主体结构。二．分析竣工结算管理的现状和存在的问题，提出竣工结算管理的关键控制点并对其分析和研究。三．结合相关法律法规，以业主方视角对竣工结算关键控制点
