1、在,会上的讲话,无论干什么工作,责任明确了篇一：在区落实两个责任会议上的讲话在全区落实党风廉政建设和反腐败工作党委主体责任和纪委监督责任集体谈话会上的讲话（2014年8月日）同志们：这次会议的主要任务是，贯彻落实中央和省市有关会议精神，准确把握中央要求，促进党委在党风廉政建设中的主体责任和纪委监督责任的落实，进一步推进我区党风廉政建设和反腐败工作。下面，我就贯彻中央和省市委会议精神，落实党委主体责任和纪委监督责任，讲三点意见。第一，要强化责任意识，增强落实“两个责任”的自觉性党的十八届三中全会明确提出，落实党风廉政建设责任制，党
2、委负主体责任，纪委负监督责任。习近平总书记在中央纪委三次全会上也专门就此作了强调。中共中央政治局审议通过的《党的纪律检查体制改革实施方案》强调，深化党的纪律检查体制改革，关键在落实党风廉政建设主体责任和监督责任。“两个责任”的提出，牵住了党要管党、从严治党的“牛鼻子”organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorganizationofthe
