1、论文题目:60万t/a甲醇合成厂CO变换工段工艺设计专业:化学工程与工艺本科生:高磊磊签名指导教师:周安宁曲建林张亚婷赵世永李远刚签名摘要煤制甲醇的生产经过多年的发展,现已发展成为一种成熟的化工生产工艺。煤制甲醇中,通过CO变换反应来调整合成气的氢碳比例,为合成甲醇提供适宜的氢碳比值,从而获得更高的甲醇合成产率。通常,先经过CO变换反应,使其转化为易于清除的CO2和合成甲醇所需要的H2。本设计选用了中温耐硫部分变换工艺,其优点在于减少了脱硫工序,降低装置能耗,节约成本。本设计首先对整个甲醇厂进行了可行性分析,其次对变
