1、摘要我的毕业设计课题是凸轮轴的工艺工装,凸轮轴对其工作要求、部分精度较高,如轴上的油孔的加工、法兰盘孔的加工等。凸轮轴的工艺过程,我们尽量做到清晰明了,在保证表达清楚的基础上,尽量做到简练。在此设计中,巩固了机械制造专业的专业知识,学习机械加工工艺、夹具设计、金属切削原理与刀具及金属切削机床。在此,我们设计了两套钻床夹具,并进行了一些机构的设计,如分度机构、顶尖机构、液压传动机构等,还借用了机床尾座、手轮等大量通用件,既有利于加工,又节省不少力气。其中,夹具设计需要保证被加工面的位置精度;减少辅助时间,提高劳动生产虑;扩大机床的使用范围;实现工件的装夹加工并减轻劳动强度,改
