1、利用Mimics软件构建颅骨三维实体重建模型的研究范芦芳1徐浩铜2,1张正治2刘毅3吴毅2刘光久2李颖2张绍祥2*(1;637000四川南充,川北医学院附属南充中心医院医学影像科,2;400038重庆,第三军医大学人体解剖教研室计算医学研究所,3;637000四川南充,川北医学院附属南充中心医院神经外科)[提要]目的对Mimics软件内构建颅骨三维实体重建模型的参数设置加以研究,以提高颅骨缺损区植入体设计的精确度。方法利用GE64排螺旋CT对21个正常头颅和10个有颅骨缺损头颅以层厚5mm,间隔5mm的方式进行扫描,随后将获得的1.25mm层厚的薄层图像以Dicom格式导入Mi
2、mics软件,基于三维实体重建获得21个正常颅顶和10个缺损头颅的三维模型,利用镜像技术获得缺损区植入体模型。结果Mimics软件内设置光滑参数后的颅顶表面积明显小于其原始表面积,此外颅顶光滑补偿后表面积与其原始表面积基本一致。手术中证实将缩减补偿程序纳入重建参数后获得的缺损区钛网比经单纯光滑处理得到的钛网能更好地与颅骨缺损区相吻合。结论在Mimics软件内基于颅骨三维实体重建模型设计颅骨缺损区植入体时,需要将缩减补偿程序纳入重建参数设置,以弥补光滑处理后原始数据的丢失。[关键词]Mimics三维实体重建颅骨植入体Toconstructthe3Dobjectreconstruc
