1、山东科技大学学士论文摘要摘要I山东科技大学学士论文摘要山东金海纳等离子科技有限公司的科技人员最近正在研发一种截齿的新工艺,设想将截齿齿头和齿体分开,分别用不同的材料,齿头依然用42CrMo,而齿体改用Cr12MoV。Cr12MoV钢具有淬火变形小、淬透性好、耐磨性高等特点,被广泛地用于制造生产批量大、耐磨性要求高、热处理变形量要求小、形状复杂、负荷大的模具。本课题的目的就是探索经过不同热处理工艺处理的Cr12MoV钢的性能以及其是否满足截齿的性能要求。本文通过光学显微镜观察金相试样显微组织,使用显微硬度计对金相试样进行硬
2、度测试,借助电子探针及X射线衍射分析仪对试样进行成分分析及物相分析,最后将有效数据进行综合分析,得出结论。结果表明,只有3#试样满足截齿的硬度要求,其他试样的硬度都高于截齿的硬度要求。加热到1000℃的Cr12MoV钢空冷再进行高温回火后会得到回火索氏体,随着回火温度的升高,会发生α的回复及再结晶以及碳化物的聚集球化,这些均使硬度降低。而在保温棉中冷却进行中温回火会得到下贝氏体,进行高温回火得到回火索氏体和珠光体,其硬度高于进行空冷高温回火后的试样。关键词:截齿;失效;Cr12MoV钢;硬度;热处理1山东科技大学学士论文
