1、智能数控开关电源设计摘要:开关电源是利用现代电子电力技术控制功率开关管(MOSFET,IGBT)的导通和关断的时间比来稳定输出电压的一种新型稳压电源。它是在电子、计算机、通信、电气、航空航天、军事以及家电等领域应用非常广泛的一种电力电子装置。具有电能转换效率高、体积小、重量轻、控制精度高和快速性好等优点。本次设计的主要目的是实现一个单片机控制开关电源,开关电源在日常生活中应用非常广泛,如今是数字化时代,用单片机实现电子产品十分方便,所以在这次设计中使用了单片机实现。在这次设计文档中,详细阐述了开关电源,方案论证,总体结构设计,
2、通过键盘预置期望输出电压值,模/数转换器对输出电压进行采样,由软件控制单片机输出相应的脉冲宽度,对开关电源进行脉宽调制,输出预期的电压。并采用PID算法控制输出电压稳定,构成可输出3v到12v的可调电压,并显示实时电压和预置值。关键字:开关电源,PID算法,闭环控制,数控IITheDesignofIntelligentNCSwitchingModePowerSupplyAbstract:Switchingmodepowersupplyisanewpowersupplywhichmakesuseofmodernpowerelec
