1、车载酒精测试仪的设计摘要近年来,我国汽车保有量在不断增长,与此同时,车辆运行带来的交通事故发生率也在不断攀升。在诸多交通事故之中,有很多人为的因素够成了交通安全的隐患。其中,酒后驾车所造成的人员伤亡及财产损失最为严重。但是现阶段,为了减少或杜绝酒后驾车的行为,交管部门通常只是采用呼气式酒精测试仪对驾驶人员进行现场测试,以确定驾驶人员是否饮酒及其酒精含量,由于这种方法没有安装在汽车内部,只能由交通监管人员设卡实施,使许多酒后驾驶行为逃避了监控。因此,并不能从根本上杜绝酒后驾驶行为,酒后驾驶行为仍时有发生。本次设计提出一种基于单片机的车载酒精检测和控制电路的设计方案,
2、通过在汽车内安装由酒类气敏传感器等元件构成的酒精检测电路,来检测驾驶人员的酒精含量,并控制汽车的启动与否,传感器检测到酒精含量,通过PCF8591芯片电路将模拟变量转换为数字量,由单片机控制报警电路,软件实现酒驾的判断。与传统的酒精检测方式比,本设计有着更多的优点和更好的应用前景,为最终消灭酒后驾驶现象创造条件。关键词:酒精测试,单片机,酒精传感器DesignofVehicleAlcoholTestingEquipmentABSTRACTInrecentyears,thenumberofvehiclesinChinaisgrowing,atthesametime,

5、fbasedonsinglechipmicrocomputeron-boardalcoholdetectionandcontrolcircuitdesign,byinstalledinthecarthealcoholdetectioncircuitcomposedofelementssuchasgassensors,todetectthealcoholcontentofdrivers,andcontrolsthemotorstartornot.Sensordetectsthatthealcoholcontent,throughPCF8591convertsanal
6、ogvariabletodigitalquantity,thansingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolalarmcircuit,andsoftwarerealizesthejudgementofthedrunkdriving.Thanwithtraditionalalcoholdetectionmethod,thisdesignhasmoreadvantagesandbetterapplicationprospect,tocreateconditionsforeventuallyrealizingeliminatedrunkdriving.
