2、国家标准制定修订计划>的通知》（建标[1996]4号）的要求，辽宁省建设厅会同有关部门共同修订了《建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》。我部组织有关部门对该规范进行了审查，现批准为国家标准，编号为GB50242-2002，自2002年4月1日起施行。其中，为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《采暖与卫生工程施工及验收规范》GBJ242-82和《建设采暖卫生与煤气工程质量检验评定标准》GBJ302-88中有关“采暖卫生工程”部分同时废止。本规范由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释，沈阳市城乡建设委员会负责具体技术内容的解释，建设部
