3、areimportantforobtainingrealisticreliabilityratesmeasurementdatasetusedfordeterminationoftheparameters[5].forstaticloadmodelsinElectricPowerSystems(EPS).TheobjectiveisreducingtheeffectsofnaturalfluctuationobservedinA.ApproachesforLoadRepresentationmeasurementdatasetresultingfromrandoml
