2、上银行风险管理机制与程序已经成为制约网上银行继续发展的一个瓶颈。金融业对网上银行认识还不够深刻，对网上银行存在的风险问题缺少系统性研究。因此，仍需加强对网上银行的风险问题研究。本文是对我国建设银行网上银行风险管理作为研究的背景，由六大部分组成，论文的第一部分，概述了网上银行风险管理的基础理论。第二部分，概述了建设银行网上银行风险管理的现状。第三部分是对建设银行网上银行风险管理存在的问题，让读者对建设银行存在的问题有一个更好的了解。第四部分介绍建设银行网上银行风险管理防范对策，使建设银行能够更好的发展。第五部分针对论文做了系统的总
