5、heimpactwillgettheimageoftenadifferencebetweentheoriginalimage(referredtoasdegradedordegraded)Degradedimageisusuallyblurredoraftertheextractionofinformationthroughthemachinetoreduceorevenwrong,itmusttakesomemeasuresforitsimprovement.Imageenhancementtechnologyisproposedinthissense,

6、andthepurposeistoimprovetheimagequality.FuzzyImageEnhancementsituationaccordingtotheimageusingavarietyofspecialtechnicalhighlightssomeoftheinformationintheimage,reduceoreliminatetheirrelevantinformation,toemphasizetheimageofthewholeorthepurposeoflocalfeatures.Imageenhancementmetho
