1、毕业设计论文-滚轮式脚踏式液压升降平台车设计液压机电滚轮式脚踏式液压升降平台车设计摘要:本课题是为工厂车间等场所搬运货物而设计的脚踏液压升降台,是工业生产的必然产物。滚轮式脚踏式液压升降平台车由优质钢材、液压泵、液压缸、油管、脚轮等有机组合而成,它可以代替人手的繁重劳动,显著减轻工人的劳动强度,改善劳动条件,提高劳动生产率和自动化水平。本文所介绍的液压升降台最大载重量是500kg,该升降台由两部分组成:机构本体和液压系统。升降台升降的操作控制是由一套液压系统和液压缸来完成的,而组合而成的液压系统全
2、部放在液压油泵中。液压泵和液压缸都采用标准件,其中液压缸为单作用液压缸,液压泵为脚踏式,本文首先通过支撑铰架的受力分析详细阐述了要提升起货物,液压缸所需承受的最大压力。接着以之作为根据说明液压泵、液压缸等标准件的选用及型号,并介绍液压泵内部相关液压系统原理以及对液压泵储油量进行核算。此外在强度校核方面,主要通过材料力学知识对铰架以及液压缸作用两端的轴进行强度校核,最后对本升降台进行重量和成本核算。本毕业设计借鉴了大量的资料,采用了许多国家标准,充分的吸收了各行业有关专家的宝贵经验。关键词:脚踏式升
