1、半导体激光器高速脉冲驱动电路的设计与实现暨南大学硕士学位论文半导体激光器高速脉冲驱动电路的设计与实现摘要针对分布式光纤测温系统和MOPA式脉冲光纤激光器等应用,论述了一种高重复频率、快速边沿变化及窄脉宽的半导体激光器高速驱动电源的研制过程。针对半导体激光器的性能特点和工作原理,通过对几种驱动方案进行论证和比较,确定了研制半导体激光器高速脉冲驱动电源的技术路线,然后详细论述了电路的设计、仿真和实现过程,包含以下几个方面:1建立了一种典型的注入式双异质结单模半导体激光器的电路模型,并将其SPICE模型化;2采用MOSFET作为驱动电路的核心开关器件,用HSPICE工具对驱动电路和LD
2、负载进行了元件级别的建模和仿真,根据仿真结果调整元件参数并进行元件选型。3在画出驱动电路详细原理图的基础上,以高速信号设计理论和传输线理论为指导,完成了PCB的设计,最后完成了实际电路的装机调试。论文设计的高速脉冲驱动电路最小宽度为43ns,上升和下降时间5~7ns,峰值电流可调,典型值为2A。不仅可以应用分布式光纤温度传感系统,也可作为MOPA式高功率脉冲光纤激光器的种子源。[关键词]半导体激光器;高速脉冲驱动;HSPICE;MOSFETI暨南大学硕士学位论文半导体激光器高速脉冲驱动电路的设计与实现AbstractInviewofsomeapplications,suchasd
