1、-装载机铲斗结构的设计摘要装载机属于铲土运输机械类是工程机械的主要机种之一，是一种通过安装在前端一个完整的铲斗支撑结构和连杆，随机器向前运动进行装载或挖掘，以及提升、运输和卸载的自行式机械。它广泛用于建筑、矿山、水电、桥梁、铁路、公路、港口、码头等国民经济各部门等工程建设中。装载机具有作业速度快、效率高、机动性好、操作轻便等优点，对于加快工程建设速度，减轻劳动强度，提高工程质量，降低工程成本都发挥着重要的作用。装载机根据不同的使用要求，发展形成了不同的结构类型。通常，按使用场合的不同，分成露天用装载机和井下用装载机；按行走系统结
2、构不同，分成轮式装载机与履带式装载机；按卸料方式不同，分为前卸式（前端式）、后卸式与回转式装载机。此次设计针对的是ZL50装载机铲斗的设计，根据铲斗的铲斗设计要求和铲斗斗型的结构的分析来确定切削刃的形状，铲斗的斗齿，铲斗的侧刃，斗体形状，铲斗的具体参数数据，铲斗容量等。这次设计可以说是一次的尝试。由于本人设计水平有限，设计过程中难免会存在一些考虑不周之处，敬请各位老师批评指正。关键词：工程机械，装载机，铲斗-21--装载机铲斗结构的设计ABSTRACTLoaderbelongtoshoveltransportmachineryi
