1、武汉工业学院毕业设计论文摘要本次的设计是数控螺旋刀横切机的机械设计,横切机是瓦楞纸板生产线中的一个重要的环节,该设备主要用于纸板的横向裁切,根据瓦楞纸扳的造纸速度来确定横切机刀辊的转速和刀刃的线速度,达到准确的定长剪刀目的。由电脑控制的数控螺旋刀横切机在机械结构上比传统的机械式横切机简单，但性能却超出了机械式横切机。在全面了解传统横切机的结构和原理后，发现其存在的问题。为了解决这些问题，对瓦楞纸板生产工艺、横切机刀辊、横切的传动结构的和齿轮调整的参数等关键技术进行了解和分析研究，利用思维扩展和逆向思维等创新方法对数控横切机的结构和原理上进行创新。该电脑横切机主
