4、onalgorithmswereinvestigatedbysimulationsutilizingtwounderwateracousticchannels.Theresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmsarerobustenoughtochannelordermismatch.TheyhavealmostthesameperformanceasthecorrespondingZFalgorithmsunderahighsignal-to-noise(SNR)ratioan

6、stomitigatetheeffectsofISI.Conventionally,theinitializationofanadaptivefilterisachievedbyaknowntrainingsequencefromatransmitterbeforedatatransmission,sothatvaluablechannelcapacityisreduced.Recently,blindequalizationtechnique(Stojanovic,1996)hasattractedmor
7、eandmoreattention.Comparedwithadaptiveequalizationtechnique,themajoradvantageofsuchtechniqueisthatnotrainingsequenceisneededtostartuporrestartthesystemwheneverthecommunicationbreaksdownunpredictably.Traditionally,symbolratesampledchanneloutputsequenceissta
