1、河北经贸大学毕业论文摘要近年来，我国经济迅速腾飞，在十二届全国人大二次会议上，国务院总理李克强在政府工作报告中指出，我国今年经济目标同去年一致，GDP增速预期目标定在7.5%左右，但是随着经济的快速发展，工厂废气废水、汽车尾气的排放也造成了近几年我国严重的环境问题，尤其是2013年及2014年我国京津冀地区频繁出现的连续雾霾天气，已经拉响了警报，提醒我国在重视经济基础发展和建设的同时一定要加大对环境保护问题的关注。但是，目前我国的绿色信贷业务的开展仅仅是处于起步阶段，在实施过程中暴露了诸多问题，这就不得不引起我们对如何稳健高效的开展绿色信贷业务的思考。本
