5、sistofofficialsfromtheMinistryofEducationanditsregionaloffices(policymakers)andheadteachers(schoolleaders/practitioners).Thefocusofthispaperisonexploringtheofficials’andtheschoolleaders’intentiontoequipschoolswithLearningResourceCentres(LRC)andsoenablethemtouseInformationandCo
6、mmunicationsTechnologies(ICT)tomodernisetheprimaryschools.Furthermore,itisessentialforOmaniprimaryschoolleaders,especiallyheadteachers,tobeconfidentintheiruseofICTtoenablethemtomanagetheirschoolsmoreefficiently.Fromthispointofview,theyhavetobeknowledgeableaboutthesenewtechnolo
