3、efabricatedthatproducewhispering-gallery-mode(WGM)lasingoutput.Wealsoobtainunidirectionallasingoutputwithalowlasingthresholdina10deformedspiralmicrocavityatroomtemperature.Photonic-molecule(PM)microlasersarepreparedtoinvestigatetheinteractionandcouplingeffectsofdifferentcavities,anditisfoundthatthe
4、distancebetweenthetwodisksplaysanimportantroleinthelasingbehaviors.Single-modelasingisrealizedfromastackedPMmicrolaserthroughtheVerniereffect.Furthermoreweadoptthebiocompatiblematerials,RhB-dopedproteinsasthehostmaterialandfabricatea3DWGMmicrolaser,which15operateswellbothinairandaqueousenvironment.
