1、变压器智能保护电量计量模块的软硬件设计摘要在电力供配电系统中，配电变压器是将电压直接分配给低压用户的电力设备，数量多且应用普遍。实时地监测配电变压器运行中的各种参数，及时地发现配电变压器运行中出现的异常情况并加以控制和解决，对于电网稳定、优化运行具有十分重要的意义。工作电流、工作电压和变压器油温是决定中小型变压器是否安全运行的三个主要参数，因此，这三个参数的实时监控对保证变压器的安全运行具有很大的作用。电量计量模块就是用来实时检测变压器工况的电压、电流、功率等电量数据，通过一定的控制策略对变压器的过流、超

2、压和欠压的故障状态进行及时处理。本设计中根据变压器智能保护系统保护的组成结构与工作原理，分析了变压器保护的设计目标、功能需求以及性能需求。硬件部分选取AT89S51单片机作为系统主控机，采用高精度三相电能专用计量芯片ATT7026实时监测电流和电压值，电流、电压检测电路由电流互感器和电压互感器组成。在软件设计中采用可读性和可移植性都较好的KEILC语言进行编程，以此实现对单片机及其外围设备的控制，使软件开发的效率和灵活性大大提高。关键词：电力变压器，过流过压保护，单片机，电量检测THESOFTWAREAN
