5、ers,arousingagreatinterestincustomerloyalty.Gould(1995)helpedconsolidatetheinterestinloyaltythroughhisresearchthatsupportedReichheldandSasser'swork.Today,marketersareseekinginformationonhowtobuildcustomerloyalty.Theincreasedprofitfromloyaltycomesfromreducedmarketingcos
6、ts,increasedsalesandreducedoperationalcosts.Loyalcustomersarelesslikelytoswitchbecauseofpriceandtheymakemorepurchasesthansimilarnon-loyalcustomers(ReichheldandSasser,1990).Loyalcustomerswillalsohelppromoteyourhotel.Theywillprovidestrongword-of-mouth,createbusinessrefer
