3、总建筑高度为27。本建筑为8层，每层4户，东西两套单位的面积为140，中间两套单位的面积为100。采用预制装配整体式框架结构体系，基础采用高强预应力混凝土管桩。预制装配整体式结构对节能环保大有裨益，整体安全性能好，生产施工有着明显的优越性，是未来建筑发展的必然趋势。本次毕业设计主要内容包括住宅楼的建筑方案设计和结构计算。在结构设计中，采用PKPM进行空间结构计算分析，通过satwe侧刚分析法进行内力计算和构件配筋计算。并对第7轴平面框架进行手算。手算内容主要有：竖向荷载作用下框架的内力分析，水平风荷和水平地

4、震作用下框架的内力分析和变形验算，框架各构件控制截面的内力组合及配筋计算以及楼板、基础与隔震设计等。本设计采用基础隔震技术，隔震层设在底板梁下。隔震装置有效地减少上部结构的地震反应，提高地震时结构的安全性。关键词装配整体式，框架结构，隔震住宅，桩基础AbstractABSTRACTAresidentialbuildingofWankeislocatedinsuburbofGuangzhou，whichisdesignasaassembledmonolithicconcretesframestructure,
