1、液体喷射抛光技术方慧郭培基余景池(苏州大学现代光学技术研究所苏州 十梓街 1 号 215006)摘要:从实验出发,研究了液体喷射抛光技术抛光区的形状特征及材料的去除机理,得到垂直喷射时材料去除区域呈W 型的环状分布结构的现象,并运用射流与冲击理论对这一现象做了详细分析。根据实验结果,得出了磨料粒子的碰撞剪切作用对材料的去除占主导而直接冲击作用则居于次要地位的结论。同时,通过实验研究了液体喷射抛光各工艺参数与工件材料去除量之间的关系,总结得出液体喷射抛光材料去除的规律,由实验结果,得到了液体喷射抛光最佳参数组合。关键词:喷射;抛光;去除机理;剪切Fluid Je
