1、掩护式液压支架设计说明书摘要由于地下煤层的地质环境比较复杂,这就要求在不同的煤层环境中使用不同的与之适应的液压支架。本论文主要阐述了一般掩护式液压支架的设计过程。设计内容包括:选架型、总体设计、主要零部件的设计、主要零部件的校核。支架的形式为掩护式支架。支架除了要有效的对顶板进行有效支撑,还要实现升、降、推移四个步骤。支架采用四连杆机构,改善支架的受力状况,缩小支架的升降过程中顶梁前端前后移动的距离。立柱采用单伸缩液压缸,前端带有加长杆,以满足支架最低及最高位置时的高度要求。顶梁掩护梁、底座都做成箱体结构用钢板焊接而成。整个液压支架的设计都源于煤层厚度这一初始条件,这很好的说明了不
