1、摘要能源工业是一个国家经济发展的命脉。近年来,随着石油价格的飙升,煤炭行业的重要地位和不可替代性也日益显现。然而,中国煤炭行业的安全形势却不容乐观,尤其是重、特大煤矿事故屡见报端。在这些事故中,瓦斯爆炸占绝大多数。这其中,固然有很多诱发因素,但是煤矿生产企业安全监测设备不完备、管理手段落后是造成事故的重要因素之一。论文设计的内容是煤矿监测报警系统,论文的内容从题目上看就可知道要分三部分来解决:一是煤矿瓦斯的监测,二是系统的报警,三是利用CAN总线组网、通讯。论文首先阐述了CH4监测系统同的发展及状况。在
2、本文中,我们设计介绍了一种基于气敏传感器和单片机的煤矿瓦斯监测报警器。我们给出了其硬件组成及软件的设计方案,使其能达到进行瓦斯监测的预期目标。本设计的硬件电路包括浓度检测,A/D转换,单片机系统,数据显示电路及声光报警电路;软件设计包括浓度采集,数据转换及处理,动态显示,声光报警及上传监控主机等。通过软硬件的设计可实现对瓦斯浓度的监测并且当其浓度超过预警值时可进行声光报警,同时利用CAN总线进行实时数据传输,以达到井下独立报警,井上同时知晓的报警效果。在论文中,我简单论述了报警器的控制方案及工作原理,给
