2、onininterpersonalrelationship."1926launchedthefirstsocialintelligencetest(GeorgeWashingtonSocialIntelligenceTest),thequestionnairetopicsincludepicturesofthecharacterstoidentifytheemotionalstate,andjudgingtheproblemsininterpersonalrelationsandsoon.However,thenex
3、tfewdecades,psychologistsinthisefforttostop,mainlybecausepeoplearebusywiththeresearchanddevelopmentofIQtest,IQthought(i.e.amathematics,logic,language,andspatialability)willdeterminetheabilityofeachperson'slearningandeducation,whichwillaffecttheworkanddevelopmen
4、tperformanceforthefuture.Until1983,AmericanpsychologistProfessorGardner(HowardGardner)proposedthepresenteducationsystemgreatlythetheoryofmultipleintelligences.Hethinksthatthetraditionaldefinitionof"theoriginalheavymathematicallanguageabilityandintelligence"mode
5、(i.e.IQ)needstoberevisedsubstantially,becauseaperson'sIQinadditiontotheschoolgradeshaveahighpositivecorrelation(IQhigher,asforotheraspectsofhomework),forexample,workperformance,lifesatisfactionandemotionalrelationshipnottoobig.Gardnerprofessorinhistheoryofmulti
6、pleintelligence,withseveralintelligence,includingmusic,sportsandselfunderstandingandunderstandingofothers'ability.Andthelattertwomaketheconceptofsocialintelligencereceivetheattentionoftheeducationalcircleandthepsychologycircleagain.Thefirsttousetheterm"EQ"isone
