6、damentaltextofMarxisteconomics,wasproducedbyGuoDali(郭大力,1905-1976l)from1937-1940.Thetranslationfulfilledhisaspirationsincehisuniversitydayswhenheresolvedtostudy,disseminate,andtranslateMarxism.TobeaworthytranslatorofMarx,hestudiedandtranslatedtheclassicalworks
7、oncapitalistpoliticsandeconomysuchasTheWealthofNationsbyAdamSmith,etc..Onlywhenhehadfullypreparedhimselfbothintermsoftheoryofphilosophy,politics,andeconomyandintermsoftranslationpractice,didhebeginthetranslationofDasKapital.Accordingtohim,inordertodogoodtransl
