1、学号：201003090106HEBEIUNITEDUNIVERSITY毕业设计说明书GRADUATEDESIGN设计题目：2.5m³夹套传热式配料反应釜设计学生姓名：李会聪专业班级：10装备1班学院：机械工程学院指导教师：张光浩讲师2014年5月29日摘要摘要搅拌设备的使用历史悠久，大量应用于化工、医药、食品、采矿、造纸、涂料、冶金、废水处理等行业，而夹套反应釜是搅拌设备当中的典型设备之一。夹套反应釜分为筒体和夹套两部分，筒体主要由封头和罐体组成。搅拌装置由搅拌器和搅拌轴组成，其形式通常由工艺而定；传动装置设置的目的是为了带动搅拌装置，主要由电动机、减速器、联轴器和传
2、动轴等组成；轴封装置为动密封，一般采用机械密封或填料密封；它们与支座、人孔、工艺接管等附件一起，构成完整的夹套反应釜。本设计题目是2.5m³夹套反应釜，该设备是由罐体、夹套、搅拌轴、减速器和电动机等组成。在此设计中详细的进行了罐体直径、罐体厚度以及罐体的高度设计，材料的选择以及强度和稳定性的校核。此设计还涉及到夹套的选择，夹套厚度的计算等，从多个角度分成十章分别对釜体厚度、釜体封头以及电机的选择，机架的设计，以及对应的凸缘、联轴器的选择方面做了详细的介绍。本设计中还对法兰、管法兰的选取做了详尽的介绍。选取的各设计参数基本能够满足设备的设计要求，使设备的操作弹性变大，保证
