6、高鸿庭、刘建超主编《冷冲模国家标准》GB2873-81《模具设计与制造简明手册》《冷冲压模具结构图册》一、冲压件的工艺分析1.零件材料:08F钢强度、硬度很低,而塑性、韧性极高,具有良好的冷变形性和焊接性,正火后切削加工性尚可,退火后导磁率较高,剩磁较少,但淬透性、淬硬性极低。08F钢的塑性很好,主要用来制造冷冲压件。锰的在钢中起到增加弹性强度的作用,因此在符合要求的情况下,含量可以有偏差。2.工件结构:该零件形状简单,结构对称.依零件图知该零件为一般冲裁,冲孔,落料件.无尖角,直线与尖角的圆角大于1.即可保证了大于凸凹模正常合理制造生产,又可以提高了凹模具的寿命,同时

7、孔边距远大于凸凹模允许的最小避厚.这是达到了合理安全的冲裁要求。3.尺寸精度:根据零件图上孔边距6.5mm.该工件按图纸所示无尺寸公差要求属于自由尺寸.均按IT14级确定工件的公差属于.一般冲裁均能满足其尺寸精度要求.查<<公差配合与技术测量>>附录A标准公差数值(GB/T1800.3-1998)表得各个尺寸公差为;孔4-Φ3.5+0.030mm;外形300-0.52mm;380-0.62mm;580-0.74mm;R80-0.36mm,孔距17+0.620mm;14+0.620mm。4.经济方面,从生产要求来看该工件的生产量为月产120
